Hardware and software products are increasingly subject to successful cyberattacks, leading to an estimated global annual cost of cybercrime of €5.5 trillion by 2021. Such products suffer from two major problems: a low level of cybersecurity, reflected by widespread vulnerabilities and inconsistent provision of security updates, and an insufficient understanding and access to operational information by users. To improve the aforementioned products, cybersecurity should be addressed during product development, assessed prior to product launching and monitored and patched during operation

Main responsibilities

  • Manage administrative processes related to personnel management: onboarding, terminations, payroll, contracts, and communication with official bodies.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies aligned with cooperative values.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, from defining job profiles to integrating new members or employees.
  • Collaborate on projects related to training, professional development, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure proper application of current labor legislation and internal agreements under the Lagun Aro/Mondragón model.
  • Promote a positive and participatory work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requisitos

Requirements

  • University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and management within cooperative organizations.
  • Knowledge of the cooperative model, preferably within structures linked to Lagun Aro.
  • Experience using the G3m+ tool for payroll and contributions management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • High proficiency in Basque and Spanish; knowledge of English.
